Pull threshold down and adjust attack and release to taste, should do the trick. The ducking itself is as easy as putting the Logic compressor on the movie audio channel and selecting the sidechain trigger to be the narrator's voice in the upper right corner.
Do you have separate sets of speakers or an external mixer or why have you routed the audio to separate outputs?
